A kitchen or bathroom remodel touches every trade at once — demolition, plumbing and electrical rough-ins, framing, cabinetry, tile, and finish. We own the whole room from the first wall down to the last handle, so the seams between trades never show.
Most projects: $8,000–$60,000
Every project is quoted individually after a walkthrough. These ranges are here so you know if we're in your ballpark.
Most bad remodels fail at the transitions — where the new tile meets the old floor, where the cabinet sits against an out-of-square wall, where the plumbing was moved but not tested. We plan those seams before the first hammer swings, so the finished room feels like it was always there.
We work with your existing layout when we can and rework it when we should, with cabinetry, countertops, and fixtures chosen for daily use — not just for the photo. A kitchen has to cook, a bath has to drain, and both have to hold up to North Texas hard water and a full house.
Every remodel starts with the walls open: we inspect what's behind them — old plumbing, wiring that's no longer safe, framing that's shifted — and fix it before we close it back up. The pretty part only lasts if the part you can't see was done right.
